so you want to open a folder or file on your windows and it tells you to
search for a program that can open the file which has now been
converted to .lnk extension....
Its a pain cuz one time I plugged my android device to a windows 7 PC and all files in my phone had duplicates which had a .link extension...
in this tutorial I'll give you the easiest way to fix this error...
1.Click Start Menu, and then type regedit in the Start Search and press ENTER key...
2.browse to the following registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerFileExts.lnk
3.click on the arrow to expand and delete the sub-key named USER-CHOICE..
4.exit from the editor and reboot....
that's that...this is the only method that does not require a software ..
